guidelines and standards for cables, including the BS 6004:2012
standard. It is BASEC Approved. It is UKAS Certified. It is CE

100m length comes on full reel, lengths over 50m are likely
supplied on a roll and smaller lengths are supplied hand rolled and
loose.Cable ConstructionThe live and neutral are individually insulated and the earth is
bare. The Live and Neutral are insulated in blue/brown coloured PVC
insulation. The overall bundle of wires is insulated in a grey PVC
outer casing. The 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm cables have a solid copper
conductive wire construction whereas the 4 mm, 6 mm, 10 mm and 16
mm cables are constructed of stranded copper conductive wires.Common Cable Uses1.5 mm is most commonly used for lighting circuitry and
